Usually a week considering the current pace of CHC. If your medical is clear, your chances to get the visa are quite high.

Submitted my file with upfront medical.

I believe whenever CIC update your file and require any action they use to send "You have a new message in your MyCIC account for application". It its only upated your file mean they have done some work on your file.

Then why doesn't everyone get such message assuming CIC works on every application.

Maybe it's nothing more than a system glitch. Did you submit the deferral letter to CHC?

For which intake? It won't harm if you submit it voluntarily.

its been 2months since i gave my medicals and still no reply from chc , tnsn is at peak now ... !
