Kuch b nai. They'd take your blood test. Dont tell the doctor even if you have hepatitis. Dont tell them if you smoke marijuana or drink liquor. You'd be asked to piss in a bottle. And you'd have your eyesight checked and ribs probed by a ghastly looking dinosaur era female. Thats about it.
I am asking you not to tell them about your history then you'd have to undergo more test and pay the exorbitant cost yourself. They check you only for syphilis and TB. Thats it. Dont tell them more than they ask. Its your body and you have right to it. And certainly its not a good excuse to stop someone going somewhere, especially when they are sick.

- I applied online 93 days ago no reply yet
- I have done case specific enquiry on 8 Sept no reply yet
- I have send email on enquiry @ isb on 15 Sept and again no reply yet

Hence I am getting very excited and feeling content day by day as whatever I do they don't give a damn and no response from CHC Isb
Is there anyone else in same situation as well ? Please contact me.

applied online on 17th June. No reply so far.
Looking at the messages which people are getting these days. I think I will get the same now, which will hopefully be
1) send updated admission letter
2) send updated police certificate
now what I want to ask is that. I applied in 3 institutes for admission. 2 of them offered me admission right away for September 2014 intake but last one took a lot of time to arrive on a decision, in short they agreed to offer me admission but for September 2015 intake. I finalized one of first 2 institutes, submitted the fee and used its admission letter for application of study permit. Last date of joining has past and I couldn't defer the admission.
Now if I am asked to submit updated admission letter. Can I submit the admission letter from a new institute which is offering me admission for September 2015 intake?

They are not needed. If there is anything that you really want to upload, attach it to your SOP and make a single pdf. Make sure you reduce the file size or you wont be able to upload it.

Further to my passport request, I have some questions, please help me if you know the answers:

1) Do I need to submit all expired passports as well (4 in total)?
2) Do I also receive an e.mail confirming that my visa has been approved, this is because MyCIC still says "final decision not started"????
3) Should I avail the send home option? VFS offers this facility at extra cost.
4) How long does it take to receive my beloved passport? :-*

1) I think old passports have to be submitted while filling the original application. (Did u submit scans when u applied online). In other case ask the VFS people just in case...

I think you can get your passport back. A friend of mine who had to appear in his CFA exam in which one has to show the passport to sit in the exam. He got his passport back but I don't know the process. Ask VFS. I doubt they will scan n send you passport to your email. But they respond to very genuine cases I think. I personally think one should also keep communication with CHC to the minimum and may be not at all ( Unless it is very important)their website is full of this....in order to utilize our resources to optimal level, we do not respond to queries.

N york receives a very high number of applicants every year so that's why they don't respond that quickly and are uptight.
