No it's not. You actually have 90 days to leave the country or get some other status.

For one, people are often there on visit status. Secondly, even if you are there to study or work, and if your work / study permit has expired and you haven't applied for extension before expiry, then you can STILL apply for permit renewal. Though you cannot work / study during that time, but you CAN stay there legally until you get the feedback and all of this info is available on cic website. Read through to get details.

No matter what ,, one does not need valid TRV to live in Canada,, its just for entry purpose,, and I am sure about that,,,

I was in the same Situation.. My Medical Form was sent on 22nd Aug But i Got it in My CIC Account on 5th September.

Now you need to Email IOM about you Medical Results they Can only Help you Out in This.

If They have sent it then Email Delhi IOM .

Wasim bahi what is the email address of Delhi IOM as When I went to ISL IOM i told them this situtaion and they said they dnt know about this but we will send your reports to delhi within 2 days. So what to do now please tell... Ya na ho Fazool main visa reject kar deyeen

That's not entirely correct. You will have to renew trv. You cannot stay inside Canada without a valid visa.

Study permit is approval for study.

TRV is approval to live temporarily. You need both in a valid form to continue your stay and study there. If your study permit expires but visa is valid, you can still live, but not study, but not vice versa.

No thats not true. I came to Canada in 2002 after grade 12 to study as an international student. I was given 2 yrs study permit and a 6 month TRV. I never had to renew trv until I was in Canada. Only time I applied for new trv was when I went to Pakistan or any other country. However, whenever I went to states I was not required to renew trv as well. So, if for 2 yrs students dont go back home then they renew student visa from within canada they dont need to apply for trv. I am sure about this. I came off student permit in 2007, which is not that old.

CHC Don't have Approved Physician in Pakistan, IOMs in Pakistan is Just Providing Services of Doing tests.

They Forward the Results to Dehli IOM Physician which Is Approved IOM of Canada.

They approve the results and Forward it to Canadian High Commission Pakistan.

All these Steps are Done through Electronic Medical System. Not by MAIL : )
