a very lousy refusal by CHC:
at the age minor my aunt has invited our family for the graduation ceremony of her son, Only my grand mother got the visa and others got refused. now when i applied for the study permit CHC rejected me as family ties in Canada and country of residence and purpose of visit. I did mention about the previous visit visa rejection in my application I am looking to re-apply by attaching the affidavit from aunt that there is no influence of my aunt on my application and that the previous purpose was visit however my aunt will not play any part during my two years of post graduation I can neither be staying at her place since the campus is 4hrs by drive from her place and the the refusal is totally irrelevant.

GUYS WOULD YOU THINK THAT TO BE A JUSTIFIED ACTION TO GET THE PERMIT???

Yes surely write it all in an SOP or an Explanation letter

Also tell us your time line, like wen u applied, which Uni/college course name, wen rejected etc so we can update the spread sheet

don't be worried i have seen alot of people who don't get e-mail but they do get the visa. yeah i did my medical before but i had some issue with my passport otherwise i would have got it earlier.
