Bro my cousin went to Canada last month he said the PIA service was far good than others,, he recommend me,, and bro go to Canada at least 3 weeks before it classes ,, I mean 25 Dec is too late,,
If u check online u will never find real prize ,, visit PIA office,, u will get good one,,

For Amsterdam the Visa Requirements are

TWOV (Transit Without Visa)

Nationals of Pakistan, holding onward tickets transiting by the same or first connecting aircraft **AND** meeting one of the following conditions:
holding a valid visa issued by Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Ireland (Rep.), Japan, Romania, USA or United Kingdom, traveling to any non-Schengen Member State;
returning from Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Ireland (Rep.), Japan, Romania, USA or United Kingdom after having used the visa;

WARNING: TWOV is not possible when arriving from a non-Schengen Member State AND departing to a Schengen Member State .

If you are not going outside the airport then you do not need the transit visa. I myself was an international student, and still have pakistani passport. I travel a lot, but never have to get transit visa if stop at any airport.

Cheapest ticket for Saudi Airline is through their website. Alot of times they have red tag deals and have a little mine sign. Those are the cheapest deals. Usually for Pakistan to Canada it should be around 600-700 dollars. Check their website.

For US... There is no Time Limit

Their Clearance may take upto Months.

So Better you take London as Transit.

You wont need Transit Visa For that.

You can't fly through States unless you have transit or visitor visa. I travel alot from north america. You should not come through states. The tickets from states are cheaper though.

Get it through Agent, I Guess u Will Get it Round about 60 K to 65 K
