Hi everyone! i have few questions and i need some help
Me and my wife are about to apply within the next week (outland) and i am affraid that i have few red flags :
My current wife is Canadian, never been married, just Common law and she has a 3 years old son and we've been dating and in love February 2016 (i was fighting in the court for over a year to obtain my divorce but at the same time we were in relationship.
I am divorced (my ex spouse is Canadian as well and we got married in Alberta) and i got my divorce last April 2017 in my home country.
I went to visit my wife twice and stayed together for 4 months (2 each) We got married in July 2017 and therewere a mistake on my marriage licence which says Never been married but i am divorced and i have my decree.
My wife never visited my country due to work and finacial issues and also scared of flying lol
i am older than my wife 1 year i am 30 and she is 29, we both are atheists;
We included 27 pics, bus tickets,5affidavits of support from both families and friends,airplane tickets,letter post,greeting cards etc knowing that we aren't living together now (long distance now )
Is that should be enough? do i have to tell them about the mistake or just send them file size marriage certificate? is my ex marriage would be an issue coz i was married to another Canadian but never applied for an application?
Thanks!
