you will have to arrange it your self.

which country PCC do you require?

i think there is a detailed info on CIC website about how to get a PCC from each and every country.

Hi guyz,

Question: I got ITA after OINP Nomination on 6th April 2016. Now question is about the police certificate that CIC will send me any letter for getting the police certificate or I have to visit directly to the police station for certificate without any letter?

The exact answer depends per country. Some countries don't require CIC letters and can issue PCCs upfront, and others (e.g. Mexico, etc.) do.

No need for letter for medical, it's called an upfront medical.

Hi Guys.
I need your advise.

My Application got to OINP on Dec 01, 2015 and I got and AOR on the 7th of April. In my Application, My travel passport will be expiring in 9 months from December 2015 and as a policy in my country, I cannot renew until 6 months before expiry. I stated this in a letter which was included in my Application. Now I have renewed my passport (March 2015) and I have updated my EE profile accordingly.

My question is: Now that i have a new passport, do I need to make copies of all the pages and send to OINP at this stage or should I wait for them to request for it?

Means how would I know that what reason the person has updated in the system

usually the US embassy should've informed you about the reason of rejection.
like if the rejection was due to misinterpretation/misrepresentation or criminality, then highly likely it will be of impact, otherwise no big deal

if you visit B1/B2 was rejected coz you couldnt convince the VO at the us embassy that you will return to your country of residence or they said you would be a potential immigrant and rejected your visa (white slip) its very common do not stress about it. it was rejected coz you couldnt show enough ties to your home country, so if this was your reason dont worry and just say visit visa was rejected but if it was rejected due to criminal offense or any other activity then you might have a problem.

Your purpose of travel is not consistent with the classification of visa you have applied.

Also as at the time of sending my application, my passport was with the Canadian embassy in My country in an application for a visiting visa to Canada (this takes up to 60 days to complete) as as such I could not provide all the pages of my passport. I stated these reasons/problems in a letter which was included in my Application. Now I have renewed my passport (March 2016) and I have updated my EE profile accordingly.

My question are:

1. Now that i have a new passport, do I need to make copies of all the pages and send to OINP at this stage or should I wait for them to request for it?

2. If I am to send it, How am I supposed to send it? Email or Paper Post?

3. What are the possible effects of sending it on my application? Remember they don't want themselves to be contacted during the application processing stage.

thats similar to potential immigrant VIZ the VO was not satisfied that you would come back from america.


this is very very normal , just mention it and it will not effect your file at all.

You had your medical done before submitting your application?
And what about the police certificate CIC has given you the letter or what procedure you have followed?
