Hi Friends,

Received OINP Nomination: 23 Feb
eAPR Submitted: 17 March

Applied for FBI PPC: 11 March.
FBI PCC deadline from IRCC: 23 May (I will apply for extension in the last week of April).
Expected date of FBI PCC: First week of July.

Status of my Express Entry profile: ITA Received.
Expiration date on OINP nomination letter: 22 August
Also, OINP nomination letter mentions Express Entry number of above profile.


My question is:
In case my current eAPR is rejected, How can I use OINP nomination in a Express Profile (old or new), so that I can get 2nd ITA ?

Please point me to discussion thread of similar cases.

If your current application is rejected for reasons other than medical and/or security/criminality reasons, create a new Express Entry profile and send an e-mail to OINP (ontarionominee@ontario.ca) with your case number, name and PP number, new EE profile details and politely request them to transfer your nomination to the new EE profile (and state the reason for rejection).

Yes and I know some of them personally (though this transfer was because the profile became ineligible because of the error of the applicant) but nonetheless, there are reports on the forum where people have been able to successfully persuade OINP to transfer their nomination to a new profile post rejection from IRCC.

Hello everyone,

Does it occur to you? I mailed a certified check to FBI last Dec. And today I got their email saying that my fund is insufficient. My question is that will this put my request another 15 week waiting? I asked them and haven't gotten reply.
Also, I believe that it is 18 dollar fee. How is this insufficient? Unless there is a late fee for cashing the check. I issued the check last July...

I have got additional doc request today in which they have asked me to furnish Schedule 4 Form (which i know is for Provincial Nominees) but in addition to that they have asked for something which they have mentioned with my UCI code and Name (95872138-Karan ) written alongwith that code...what is this doc??.....plz help

That is your UCI code - they are not asking for it. In fact, they are telling you that the number mentioned is your UCI number. Ignore it and submit the other documentation that they have asked.

CSE raised on 19th March. Acknowledgement received yesterday i.e. 5th April. So a turnaround time of around 15 working days.

CSE for sharing new passport details. Used this link: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx. Don't know where r they directing all the queries raised through this link.

But all is good as acknowledgement mail says that the information has been attached to my application.
