OOPNP/OINP nominated and ITA/AoR received - Let us connect here for further step

Need some help. I received my OINP nomination on April 8, 2016 and I accepted it on April 9, 2016 (Saturday) through my EE profile. However, my CRS score is still not updated (as on April 12, 2016) with the additional 600 points.
It says Province / Territory Nomination Details: Accepted
Application/profile status: Open
Province/Territory Nomination: Received
Provincial Nominee Criteria: Not Met

Going through this forum, I realised that the score typically gets updated in 12 to 24 hours. What could have gone wrong here? And what can I do?

1. SUBMIT A CASE SPECIFIC INQUIRY CSE TO CIC ABOUT THE ISSUE
2. INFORM ONTARIO'S OFFICE ABOUT THE ISSUE AND ASK HELP VIA RETURN E-MAIL
BUT KEEP IN MIND IT WILL TAKE 2 WEEKS ATLEAST AFTERWARDS.

CAN ANYONE HAS SOME INFORMATION ABOUT MY QUERY.
AS CURRENCY RATE IS ALWAYS CHANGING.THEN CAN IT BE A THREAT IF ON SUBMISSION DATE MY FUNDS ARE MORE THAN LICO BUT DURING PROCESSING THEY BECAME A BIT LESSER THAN LICO DUE TO CHANGE IN CONVERSION RATE.

How much time does it take for the status of Review of eligibility to change from in process to cleared?...i got a mail few days back that said that status of my Aplication has been changes bt when i checked mycic ...there wasnt any change. Was it a ghost mail then?

Review of eligibility will remain in process throughout the processing time. It will change with PPR.

MEDICAL PASSED IS THE FIRST STEP.
BACKGROUND CHECK WILL HAVE SOME CHANGES. LIKE FROM 'NOT STARTED' TO 'NOT NEEDED AT THIS TIME'. AND LATER ON TO 'IN PROGRESS' TO 'NOT NEEDED AT THIS TIME'.

BG CHECK STATUS CHANGES MEANS YOUR FILE IS MOVING.

If you have sufficient funds at the time of submission of your application, I believe you are good to go!

I saw a PPR spreadsheet with about 176 entries from September'15 to April'16. Average time for PNP outland was 116 days.
