if you are nominated by ontario and filling the PR forms, what cateogory do you select?

What do you exactly mean by this rajkamalmohanram?
I am an OINP nominee.
I had just got an ITA which was a message in myCIC and then clicked on accept I guess.
And then, I had to fill in all remaining details and finally I had to pay the fees and share the uploaded documents in myCIC.
Also, there was no place to upload the nomination certificate too.

Have I done something wrong?

I was submitting my documents to CIC, for Permanent Residency and i cancelled the transaction as i was unsure there was enough funds. Now on my profile it is saying processing submission- How can i re-open my application and pay? Its giving me no option.

anyone, after sent application, canada post tracking always shows out for delivery, but called canada post they said it's been delivered to their mail room.

IMM5476 is requested only if the applicant indicates they are using a representative or if a consultant completes an application on behalf of the applicant through the consultant portal. The IMM 5476 form (PDF, 597 KB) must be signed by the principal applicant and, if applicable, their spouse or common-law partner. Each accompanying dependent child 18 years of age or older must complete and sign their own IMM 5476 form if a representative is also conducting business on their behalf.

The thing is that we had a representative while we were applying for OINP but their team was not so useful and they sort of delayed our application. So this time we decided to go ahead on our own and we choose "no" for representative (you see were nominated 20 days ago and they still have no clue about it). So I guess we need to fill this form to cancel the appointment of the representative. Please correct me if I am wrong.

It is highly recommended that you wait and get your POF sorted out before you apply for OINP. Many forum members have reported receiving PT again after recreating profile. Good Luck!!

As i am in the process of collecting docs for E-APR, just wanted to ask if there is a complete guide available somewhere providing complete details of the docs to b submitted as in Mycic account it just shows a list of 7 items to b uploaded unlike OINPs detailed checklist where requirements of each doc were given in detail.
I just got a hard copy of OINP Nomination confirmation letter yesterday by post. Am i supposed to upload this letter too?
One more thing, are we supposed to b upload original scanned copies of all docs or xerox ones?
