Have you been issued an IME# IF not :
As of February 25th, 2013, all applications for Canadian Immigrations needs to be processed electronically through E-MEDICAL. Which means it is YOUR responsibility to start the process in the E-Medical system THE ONLY exams which DO NOT have to be submitted through E-Medical by you, prior to setting the appointment for Examination are:
1)UPFRONT MEDICALS: (Student, Visitor, Worker, Family (EDE))
2) Those with an old IMM1017 Section A form, including those with the application number that starts with B
3) In-Canada refugees who received a letter of medical instruction by the border services (without a IMM1017)
4) If you belong to any other categories (PR, HC etc) it is YOUR responsibility to obtain the necessary information from the VISA office to proceed with the medical examination.
Hi Damocles, there is an option for international graduate. This is their statement on their website :Damocles said:emmn1003, They do not accept passport as a mean of identification and you can only apply from within Canada as far as I know. Can you elaborate on that possibility?

Very Important:
- For each section, you will have to upload only ONE pdf document... compile everything in a single pdf doc...
- For the photo, it must be jpg format.
Once you have uploaded the documents, you have the option to make payment and submit your eAPR. Post ITA after clicking Continue, you will be asked whether you want to pay RPRF upfront, in case you have mentioned Yes and later want to modify it, you can do so by going to Modify Family Information which you can find in the menu bar.
Permanent Resident Application Fee: CAD 550 per applicant
Right of Permanent Resident Fee (RPRF): CAD 490 per applicant
You can make payment using credit card and debit cards provided international transactions are allowed on your card. Contact your bank to check the same. MasterCard, Visa and Amex cards are accepted. Ensure that your bank has not put any transaction limit, contact your bank before using your card for payment. In case you do not have suffcient balance or credit limit, you can use your family member's or friend's card as CIC has no restriction on the same.
You will get Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) immediately after you make the payment.
