PNP processing has got a long waiting period. expect to wait at least another month before processing of your file starts . I am also in a similar case as you and still waiting while observing the progress of other streams. hang in there!

I beg to differ with this. It depend of which one is the surname ( Family name). The surname cannot be in the middle. Granted that some countries put the surname in the first position while others put it last when the full name is displayed, I am not sure about the effect of swapping first...

Raise a CSE via webform to update your dependent passport details as soon as you get it . This will avoid delays when you finally get PPR as every one's passport need to be valid for at least 6 months before the affix a visa in it.

As long as you haven't got a UCI number on the EE profile, nothing will get done. The medical is the quicker way to get assigned that UCI number. However, in some rare cases,the BG may start before medical pass.
