emmn1003, They do not accept passport as a mean of identification and you can only apply from within Canada as far as I know. Can you elaborate on that possibility?

Hi Damocles, there is an option for international graduate. This is their statement on their website :

"Before you immigrate to Ontario

You may begin the licensing/registration process from your country of origin before immigrating to Ontario by completing the Application for Licence. You will be required to:

provide documentary evidence of your qualifications for our assessment; and
include the appropriate fees to initiate your application for licence.

This is intended to reduce the time it takes for you to receive your licence and if your academic qualifications meet PEO’s standards for licensure.

Julien...
Get the appointment with the doctor...
Then when you reach there, you must have your passport, 2 photo passport, your ITA letter and of course, money to pay them ;)
They will conduct an UPFRONT MEDICAL EXAMS... once the test is completed, the doctor will give you a paper where you will see the UMI number...
You just have to scan this paper and upload it on CIC within your checklist for section "Proof of Medical"...

Thanks Morice for your detailed explanation :)
I do not see any request for the provincial nomination certificate or Schedule 4 form (IMM 0008E) from your checklist. Does it have to be done later??

Hello Julientran,

You won't have a specific section to upload the Nomination Certificate...
But there is a section "Letter of Explanation"... In that section, you can simply write a letter, then on the next page, you attached the Nomination Certificate...
