Should I wait for further correspondance from Ontario before sending my package.

If I need to send my package, should I print the message I received from Ontario.

Congratulations!! Do not wait for any further correspondence with Ontario and compile the package and send it to OINP as soon as possible. I do not think it is necessary to print the message as you will provide OINP, in your application, with your ee profile number and they can access the letter if needed. suffice to say that you can add it if it make you feel comfortable but not compulsory.

p.s. I have added you to the list on page 52.

Merci pour l'info!

I received the letter NOI in French. When I will send my package, I will include also a letter of explanation which I will write in English but not French. Is that fine?

Does not matter. just choose communication language in the application form and then you can send all in english if your english is better. just keep french as first language thats all. and congrat.

Dear Elrud,

Our brave friend Raj prepared a very, very comprehensive guide regarding the preparation of the application package. It is like the bible of things.
It's detailed up to the kind of staples you're gonna use.

You can find it here:
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/oinp-ee-human-capital-priorities-stream-comprehensive-guide-t396543.0.html

Regarding the source of funds dilemma, well here's another one quite useful:
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/a-complete-way-to-nail-source-of-fund-dilemma-t349224.0.html

do not forget to fill N/A ( not applicable) or S.O (sans object), if the application form is in French, to the fields that do not apply to you(very important not to leave a field blank).
Remember, your application has to reach OINP before 45 days from now!

Damocles if you could somewhere add if we are FSW or CEC that would be greatly appreciated

I will reformat the table to add that field, hoping that everyone will update that info. Thanks for the suggestion.

Yes, was so stressed!

One thing, for my only 1 year of foreign work experience, I had no proof that I was paid and it cannot be mentioned on the reference letter.

However, I have proof from the income tax, the amount declared as profession income.

If there is proof on the income tax, where that exact company is stated then you are good to go. One more alternative is proof from your bank account history where that company is listed on monthly basis paying you salary. one other proof is your original job contract where salary is normaly mentioned.
