One more thing I find confusing.

For methods of payment of application Acceptable Methods of Payment:
 Money Order;
 Cashier/Certified Cheque;
 Postal Money Order; OR
 Bank Draft.

What would you advise me? Can my bank HSBC in my home country (outside Canada) issue any of the method of payment which I can send to OINP with my package, OR

Is it preferable for my cousin who reside in Québec (Canada) to ask his bank to issue the payment, and send it to me so that I can send it with my package?

I usually saw on this forum that it is a bank in Canada that should issue these methods of payment! Any issue?

For the application form:
They have it in some kind of inteligent PDF version which you can keep filling in and at the end you will just print it. Or you just let it print empty and fill in by hand. Regardless if you will use one way or another, the whole application form will look the very same way.
In my case, I was adding all those N/A after I have printed the whole application.

Payments:
Bank draft and Certified cheque (also called Bank cheque) are ok. Postal Money order on the other hand was rejected.
If you have somebody in Canada to do one of the methods it would be ideal.

But the one sending the money (my cousin) name would appear on it if I choose it to be done in Canada. Will it be an issue?

Many others did it that way. They do not care that much who is sending the Money as long as they are paied properly. But you can add short explanation note, that your family helped you to use the proper way of payment.

Ok, I will do that.

Another thing is that my Proof of Funds situation is confusing as my dad will sponsor me completely I will open a new account and my dad will transfer me money.

Will only a gift deed suffice?

Or also the following is mandatory:

2) An Affidavit (Article 4 Affidavit)
3) Net-worth certificates of your whole family from CA
4) Bank Statements showing all the transactions involved (include your father's bank account statement as well)

Does CIC provided any sample as it is written "Article..."?

An official gift deed signed from your father shall be ok. You can let it signed by Notary public for it to be more official. And of course statement from your new account.

They just need to see that you got that Money in a sound way (for example that you do not try to use the very same Money as proof for different applicants).
One more important thing:
1. count with Exchange rate when setting up the account (so at least 10 to 15% more as calculated in CAD) than you need.
2. Keep those Money on the account (like do not spend them and such) after some time they will recheck state of your account again to see, that Money is still ready.

One important thing, Since you have that Cousin in Quebec, do think about that when writing intent to settle in Ontario. It is better to state that also you have family in other province you still plan to stay in Ontario (and name strong reasons).

Is your job bank already active and your account fully active. Only then it will be visible also for Ontario.
Also do not forget put Ontario as one of the regions you are interested in (you know that you did it correctly if you have to confirm clause about documents collection from Ontario).
And do not forget your IELS has to be on CBL6 or higher.

My job bank and account are both active.

My IELTS are CLB 7 in all sections.

I choose Ontario and also all other provinces. Is it an issue or I should have selected only Ontario?

I remember ticking Yes for document collection from Ontario, BC.

Did you also put French as your first language for the application and English as second language. That part is very important. That is how they recognise the EE for their PT.

In that case you need to wait a bit. the longest reported waiting time in order to get PT was 7 work days. There are people with score around 320 CRS but they still got PT. If however you will not receive PT within next 2 weeks then it is advicaeble to recreate new EE profile (it can be that because of those changed rules they might not get info from some accounts. It happened in the past and the solution was to recreate the account).
