No initials for me. I think it is because it was not the officer who sent me the AOR. It was to me mid November but my AOR was generated end of October. It was upon my request that they sent it.
I guess, that they have just forgotten them (it can happen). If ever you will get additional documents request you will see those initials again.
On more general note.
They do have file ogranisation which is following:
XXXX - YYNNNNN
First 4 letters will identify following:
1. if the application goes through EE system (I am more like guessing this) - X for EE applicants and something else for others
2. Type of the stream within EE (Human capital - H or French stream - F)
3. Type of applicant according the old system (FSW - SW or CEC - EC)
So in our stream you would have either XFSW or XFEC
Then next 2 digits are for the year and last 5 digits for the position in the queue in that year.
That way you cannot have to applicants that would have same digits after their stream identification.
This way you can identify both streams and substream and also the time when application was recieved.
By now the queue numbers are already above 7000. And they already went above 6000 in March.
Their yearly quota is 5500 applications, so they are already good amount above it.
On the top of that they were also dealing with candidates from November onwards (which is additional 2000 to 3000 applications).
So no wonder why are they slow in nomination. all their 2016 quota was reached with January applicants. They have actually got enough application to fill most of the year 2017.
With this logic, they will most likely remain closed for any bigger streams next few months. I am estimating, that they may reopen March or April next year to take additional bigger batches.
