Unless your score is already around 400 without reaching IELTS CBL9 or TEF CBL9 it has no sense to do that. Nomination is the easiest option.

I have just recieved AOR from Ontario. So following all those advices was worth. I also know that they do accept those bank cheques.

Yes, it looks, that now they are faster than before. Average time to receive AOR is within 3 weeks after the file has reached Ontario (unless they have longer waiting time in order to cash your Money).
However, they are still deep in processing main Human stream - January to March candidates. So I see us French speakers to be activated like somewhere January or February next year.

His or her Initials are NJ. And yes I would be kind of curious if they have special officers for French stream or if it is geographicaly or timeline distributed.
