I would not recommend switching back to the old profile once you receive PT with French as first language. They insist of getting updated every time something changes in your profile and a letter explaing why you updated your profile. Suppose they granted you the chance to apply because you listed French as your first language. switching back will amount to misrepresentation which could cost you the nomination. Unless Christina4 received another PT after switching back to English as first language. if you decide to go the PNP nomination way, you shouldn't worry if your CRS decreases because in the French skilled worker stream, it does not matter. Anyway, that's my view.
Aal_ ,the AOR emaill comes with two attachments: one is the receipt of the cashing of your $1500 (DD)
and the other one is the acknowledgement of receipt which contains your case no and file number detals. Below is the content of what I received. I will remove personal info:

Subject: Receipt of Nominee Application
Dear XXXXXX,
This letter acknowledges that the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) received
your nominee application package on XXXXX, 2016.
Your application was reviewed to confirm that it is complete and has been forwarded for
assessment. OINP will notify you when your application moves to the assessment phase
and again when your application moves to the decision phase. You will also be contacted
directly should we require any additional information to assess your application.
Please be advised that the program is currently in receipt of a large volume of applications
and processing times are longer than usual. We assure you that we are working diligently to
process applications as expediently as possible.
We kindly request that you wait until after you receive notification that your application has
moved to the assessment phase before contacting the OINP to inquire about the status of
your application. This will allow our staff time to focus on processing applications to the
program.
If you are a candidate through one of the Ontario Express Entry streams, please note
that your Express Entry profile must remain up-to-date throughout all processing stages
of your application. Candidates for the Ontario Human Capital Priorities stream must
also continue to maintain a score of 400 points or above in the Express Entry
Comprehensive Ranking System.
Should your Express Entry profile - for which Ontario’s Notification of Interest was
issued - expire or be removed from the Express Entry system, and should you wish to
continue with your OINP application using a new profile, you must email the following to
our office within 30 calendar days of this letter:
The Express Entry number/job seeker validation code for your new profile;
A copy of the letter you received from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship
Canada (IRCC) acknowledging the new profile;
A letter explaining why you updated your profile; and
A list of the additional or updated information you provided in your new Express
Entry profile.
If you are currently working or residing in Ontario, please be advised that you are
responsible for remaining in legal status in Canada throughout all processing stages of
your application. It is your responsibility to renew, extend or apply for proper temporary
resident status in Canada throughout your stay in the country even after you are
nominated.
Please be advised that this letter acknowledging receipt of your application cannot be
used to extend your legal status in Canada.
If you need to depart Canada because you no longer have valid status or because your
status will not be renewed by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, please
send the OINP office a completed and signed Change of Personal Information form.
You should outline the details of your situation in this form and include a current email
address.
The Change of Personal Information form applies to any changes that you may need to
make to your application during processing, for example a change of address or other
information that may impact your application.
Thank you for your interest in the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program. Please retain
this letter for your records.
Sincerely,
Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program
