kovthe said:My package was returned by some courier service(it took around seven days). They had also attached a letter stating reason for return. This letter was dated 18th November. I am not sure 30 days will be counted form 18th November or form the day I received the package. Ideally it should be from the day I received.
I did not get any AOR. I am still facing issues in getting reference letters, as my past and current employers are not willing to give a reference letter as per my requirement. Not sure what to do.

Hi ,CanadaWeCome said:What is the Reason for Rejection though?
kovthe said:You are right its not rejected. However I am unable to get reference letters as per CIC guidelines. The HRs of previous and current companies are not assisting. They are ranting that they already had given service letters as per the company policy, and they cannot give any customized service letters as per my requirement. I find it quite unreasonable, still can't help it. So standing frustateed and guessing my options. Ontario says it needs reference letters, and my companies say they cannot give. Even managers are telling they cannot go "against company policy"
whiteblanket said:Somewhere in this forum I read if they refuse to give the employment reference letter in the specified format, take print out of that refusal and provide as much proofs as possible:
tax statements
probation - confirmation letters
yearly hike - performance bonus letters / contract renewal
paystubs , bank statements
Providing all these should be reasonable for acceptance.

If questions are not applicable, mark the space with “N/A”. The application will not be processed if it is illegible or incomplete."
So in case I do not have middle name in my name, should i put N/A in "Middle Name" and similarly should I put N/A in "1.a List any other names used including name at birth, maiden name, previous married name, aliases and nicknames. Provide details."
Just trying to be extra cautious before resending my application.
Please suggest.
