I have seen in other forums that they are first dealing with those whose worker permits are about to expire.

I saw a guy who applied in August got his package this Tuesday. Another guy applied in April got his package as well.

I guess they are dealing with emergent cases and April cases at first.

Just found this thread...I applied on Aug.20, 2013, and was informed about the cap being reached in November...So far haven't heard anything, but from the previous posts here I guess I can expect to hear from them sometime in early March?

Anyways thanks for starting this conversation. Will keep posted if I hear from them.

I wonder how can opportunities ontario give certificates to everyone in early march because they are giving the same deadline to everyone either who applied in august or september.

Just found this thread...I applied on Aug.20, 2013, and was informed about the cap being reached in November...So far haven't heard anything, but from the previous posts here I guess I can expect to hear from them sometime in early March?

Put a pile of cases on the desk and randomly select what they want ;D.

Fyi guys, I have been talking with my friends who submitted their files with me and they all received their certificates exactly in serial order as they applied. We all applied in masters stream and we graduated from windsor.

When I emailed them. They just replied with some answer" You should be getting ur certificate in the next few weeks".

Does that count as a serious answer?

Hey I received my package two days earlier and today they replied to my msg on fb that you will receive ur certificate in few weeks,... lol

I'll make it clear to everyone how it goes.. All applicants who file their case and are approved have started to get certificates. Each and everyone would be getting in few weeks but it all depends because some cases have been approved and some are in process but it does not mean that they are going to hold the certificates of people who are approved for few weeks just because of the entry order.
So this is a good news, we all should expect in next two weeks maximum.
