Just curious since your file is also in Buffalo. What does your eCAS status say?

It just says started processing on July 9th.

Did you get an Initial Assessment letter?

I did. In December, along with the RPRF request. What about you?

Yes, in November. And no updates since then.

Once we get passport request then do we need to include i-94 card with passport to send them for stamping?. Please advise.

Thanks,

I do not think so. What if somebody is having this application processed while he/she is in India?

Also, if they need it, I am sure they would mention it when they request the passport but so far I have not seen anybody mentioning that.

Hi All,

Finally on Feb 5th I became a Canadian PR with my family.

On Jan 11th my ecase status was updated to decision made and on Jan 28th I received my stamped passport back from New york office which I mailed to them on Dec 31st.

On Feb 5th we went to Carway border office to do the landing.landing procedure completed in 1 hr.
The officer asked why I came to the border from Calgary as I could have done landing from Calgary itself (Hayes building, Downtown Calgary). I just said I did not want to delay the process with getting appointment and all.

Also if any one is exporting car from the US do stop at the US border office and get a Customs cleared certificate on your title.

ON feb 7th I see my status changed to "became PR by landing in Carwayon feb 5th"

Ok guys adios from this forum after almost living here for 2 yrs.

Thanks to all.

Great!

Good bless.

How is weather?.

Thanks,
SurenderJeet

Congrats dude!!!!!!!

There is good news for my family too. I received all our passports stamped this afternoon. The visa was stamped on Feb 2nd, mailed on Feb 4th and received on Feb 7th afternoon. Ecas still says "in process".

Good luck to all those in the line. I am sure you all will get your PPR soon.
