There is good news for my family too. I received all our passports stamped this afternoon. The visa was stamped on Feb 2nd, mailed on Feb 4th and received on Feb 7th afternoon. Ecas still says "in process".

Good luck to all those in the line. I am sure you all will get your PPR soon.

Hi,

We did medicals at serafin veramandi some time in november last week. The doctor gave his card and send us tracking number. He sent medical results to ottawa in 2 weeks. Fees i don't remember exactly what we paid, i think it is around $300-$400 and for xray it was seperate $90. xray is also in same building. you don't have to go some where as said in other posts. The parking is back of the building. No parking fees.

For Adults, it will be Physical, BP, URINE TEST, BLOOD TEST(for HIV.. AND ALL) and chest xray.
For kids it will be physical, BP, Urine Test, No blood test, no chest xray.
For new born kids, what i mean is, around below 1 year age, Only physical and it is around $185.00

For xray we need to pay cash and for others we can pay by credit card. But please check the prices, the prices i mentioned was only approximate.

The minor problem is with receptionist as she is spanish, but speaks english. you have to speak slowly.

The doctors office also open on saturday from 9-12


I can also see in canada immigration web site the docotor Dr. Boguslaw B. Chmiel is no more. They added new doctor to the list in place of Dr. Boguslaw B. Chmiel.

Any body suggest me some name of good Dr.(DMP) for medical in chicago. who works professionally and send medical report very promptly Pls........ advice

I am going to send my PASSPORT TO LA consulate .

List of what to be included if below , i will be sending it through USPS express mail and prepaid return express envelop ( not metered ) with tracking .

• Print out of email requesting PPR
  2 Photograph for each family member
  RPRF
  BARCODE on the outside of the envelop ( provided by buffalo office)
  Expired and current passport of each family member
  Word document listing all applicants and their date of birth , eye color , height .

1) let me know if anything is missing from the list above
2) Does i94 needs to be send along with passport
3) they mentioned about writing a height and eye color for each applicant but there did not mention where to write them , i read somewhere on the back of photographs but email does not say that.

Regarding expired passports, this was what was sent to vsrao from the Detroit office

Please submit the valid passports for you and all accompanying family members included in your application to the
Consulate address as indicated below. Please detach any expired passport(s) from the valid passport(s) that you send to our
office.

So, its upto you whether you want to send the old passports.

I have heard other members mention that they attached a seperate document with name of each family member, height and color of eye.

I dont know how long do I have to wait for PPR. I dint get any mail fron NY asking for RRPF fess..

I am planning to send the fees this week..any suggestions??

my file also says "started processing your application on july12 2010" . My file transferred to NY on 01/05/2011. I have a question. i had sent some kind of fee along with my application to buffalo. Is RRPF fess something different from that? Aslo since you are still waiting and I think I should not expect anything for me from them until March

Once landed in Canada as permanent resident then how long they need to wait to bring parents on visitor visa. Please advise seniors.

What is the maximum or minimum time length for which visitor visa can individual apply.

I am going to send passports to LA too.

I guess filling the form with eye color and height information is suffice, as commented by chigirl too. In addition, I don't think we need to send I-94 for this purpose. Keep in mind that I-94 is a very important document and we need to surrender it to US immigration when we leave US (with the exception of using AVR). We should always keep the original I-94.

No i did not recieve any from LA , i am going to include prepaid USPS EXPRESS envelop so that i can get me PP BACK
