:)Small update which might be useful for Sep medical folks ( Josephdadreamer,Lettuce_Tomatoes,Ell.Bee)

I sent an email enquiry to Buffalo three days ago and they replied today stating they have received my medicals but are unable to provide a date by which the applicant review would be complete.... ::)hopefully that is just official jargon and they send out the transfer request to LA/NY/Detroit in January and maybe PPR by Feb 2011.

Hope this helps...for others the timeline of my app is in the profile.

Thanks Joseph. I decided to wait till the holidays are over and then Im going to send them an inquiry.

I emailed them a week ago and they never got back to me

My take is that if you've done things sequentially in progression, the process takes care of timing of the response. They have a process template to follow and we need to understand that we're not an isolated case. Yes, some of our cases are sometimes behind the curve, but it's only a matter of (short) time before you get there, provided all docs and process requirements are met.

Cheers for the Holiday season and All the best!

Hai friends. I am applied through lawyer and first time writting on the form. My lawyer got letter from CIC asking for employment proof and W2 for all US experience. I am a consultant and cannot ask my H1B sponsor for the proof of employment. Anything else I can submit....

Manny, Did you got passport request from Buffalo?.

I apply for AINP US Visa category through lawyer. Now CIC is asking lawyer for proof of employment and W2 form for last 3 years. I think lawyer apply to Buffalo CIC.

When did you send your medical to CIC?.

My suggestion is to go ahead and give W2 from last 3 year.

On which date you got W2 request letter from CIC?.
