Yes I had 60 days to send the passport from the date i recieved the email....But it also mentioned in the email that:
"As the validity of your visa(s) has been already been established and is limited to a fixed date, it CANNOT be extended under any circumstances", which is based on the medical request recieve date, so keep in mind your visa expiration date if you delay sending passport..

Looking at the spread sheet and past data i think it takes between 2-3 weeks from recipet of the passport..

Friends,

I got reply from NYC Consulate few minutes back. They confirmed that they received my RPRF fees and my file is in the final stages of processing.
(i.e PPR Letter is not yet handed over to Santa for delivery).

Hopefully, they might post the passport request letter by EOY (End of the Year).

ChaloCanada & Jxyj01- Let me know if there are any updates at your end.

I have the offer letter and sent AINP my offer letter, wanted to know how long does it take them in issuing support letter? Can I obtain work support with fax copy of support letter in case they send a fax.

So day before yesterday I sent an email to buffalo office to check my application status they replied back to me yday saying that my file has been transferred to LA office on 19th Nov. and surprisingly today I got an email from LA office to submit RPRF and Passport with in 60 days.
