My file transferred to LA consulate on Oct 26th 2010. Like other people in this forum , Yesterday I send case specific enquiry to LA. Within 30 min I got reply back PPR request.


Here is y timelines:

AINP Nomination Received on December 19th 2009
Application Send to Buffalo CIC March 9th 2010
AOR and medical request received : July 1st week
Medical Reached at Ottawa August 3rd,
File Transferred to LA Consulate Oct 26th
PPR Request December 22 2010.

I sent an email to Buffalo to enquire my case status yesterday. I got email back today from them, which says my file is in queue for further review and no additional documents needed now.
My time line:
Nomination: 11-23-2009.
Category: AINP.
Visa Office: Buffalo, NY
ecashed : May 13th, 2010
AOR received : July 23rd, 2010.
Medical reached Ottawa: 11th Aug, 2010.
Interview........:
Passport Req..:
VISA ISSUED...:
LANDED..........:

I send case specific enquiry, it doesn’t require any email. When you click on case specific enquiry link it open form all you need to fill the info.

Small update which might be useful for Sep medical folks ( Josephdadreamer,Lettuce_Tomatoes,Ell.Bee)

I sent an email enquiry to Buffalo three days ago and they replied today stating they have received my medicals but are unable to provide a date by which the applicant review would be complete.... :hopefully that is just official jargon and they send out the transfer request to LA/NY/Detroit in January and maybe PPR by Feb 2011.

Hope this helps...for others the timeline of my app is in the profile.

Hi,

IMO Buffalo does processing of some applications themselves and transfers few applications based on the bandwidth of the other VOs. There is a strong possibility that some might get the PPR from Buffalo in Jan itself.
