I have following questions , if someone can answer this please.
My CIC process starts in January 6, and i send the medicals in July, what is the estimated time for passport request?
(my ecas status says medical results received)
secondly On what email/ fax you guyz use for inquiries ?

Do you know if your file is still in Buffalo, or if it has been transferred to some other consulate for processing?

I never got any letter of transferring file to any other consulate...so i believe it is in buffalo.
so how much buffalo consulate usually takes?

My file was transferred on Oct 19, an the letter mailed on December 21.

FYI..... NY consulate does not accept in person submissions for permanent immigrant visas...... Your only choice is to mail documents.

I would rather go to NY office, not sure if anyone had been there in person.
