Yes, after looking at the guide that Josh posted I was confused too but I used this guide while sending my application. Anyways it is good to see Passport req from Buffalo and since you completed you med in July you should be getting your request soon. Good Luck...

Looking at this timeline it looks like Buffalo is 1 month behind other processing center.

My medicals are completed just 3 days after Newhome_Alberta and am waiting for ppr. My file is still with Buffalo office. Hope it wont be delayed just because of that. Can you please let us know what is the status in ecas showing now. just in case if mail is missed.

Anybody tried the numbers provided by AG, I have faxed the number yesterday and did not receive any communication back.

You can call these number to check your status at Ottawa

613-941-6641 or 613-941-2170

Try to call early in the morning at 9 am and request them they will give the info.

If it goes to voicemail you can fax your information (File#, Medicals done date, Name, Date of Birth, Email id) to Ottawa office at 613-941-5043 and they will reply your medical status in email.
