our PR timeline is like this.
its in process since august
1. We received your application for permanent residence on 20 may, 2015
2. We started processing your application on 7 august , 2015.

i have done my medical exams in 20 august . but until now they didn't update the third line.
can you tell me how is my timeline shows ... i have also my own kids with me ,my partner is sponsering them also .. could that be a reason ..

Hey Eagle..

I know you have previously answered enquiries about people who don't have a third line of medical received. But my husband didn't do his medical upfront, and we mailed the police certificate and the e-medical sheet recently to the Amman VO. My question is do you think they didn't work on the application and won't do so till they receive the files that we sent? (although until now they didn't ask us for anything, but when we got SA the letter stated that the medical is missing). When we got SA on Sept. 21 I sent the Amman VO a case specific enquiry with a scan of all the files but they never replied.

Our PR timeline is
We received X's application for permanent residence on July 29, 2015.
We started processing X's application on October 6, 2015.

No they worked on your file even if medical and PCC were not on file, but remember they could not initiate Criminality because there was no PCC on file. Medical is always good to be on file when they are ready to issue the visa I guess you know the reason. I already explained that in my previous notes. Your application is probably in queue for eligibility review, give them at least 3-4 months to work on your file then you will order your GCMS.

Hello Eagle,
Thanks for helping us to more understand How Visa officers work on spouse sponsorship.
My wife's application is process in Accra Ghana.
Here is her timeline:
The file has been transfert to Visa office in Accra on May28
The file went to in process on October 9th.

We received your application for permanent residence on March 23, 2015.
We started processing your application on June 10, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

We didnt get any e-mail or message from them since the Time we sent in the sponsorship.

I already order GCMS note and I am still waiting for those note to be sent out to me.
Do you know of at this stage they already waive the interview.

Based on your timeline if your VO is not experiencing backlog your file is just about to be final reviewed for eligibility then you see it when you get your notes.

They will update your medicals if one of you does not have medical issues. Relax for now.

No, VO doesn't do BGC on sponsors however they do request CPC Mississauga to do another BGC on the sponsor before the visa is issued to the applicant. Remember that the sponsor does not need to be charged of anything during the process otherwise it will jeopardise the rest of the application especially if the VO was about to grant the visa to the PA.

This thread is just amazing...
OPs - NO ONE except CIC officer handling your file can know when your file is being reviewed for eligibility/security/medical or other checks. Any attempt by anyone (like Eagle) to know or estimate when your file is or will be in which stage is simply a guess at best, or a hoax at worst. The only way to know what's going on with your file is order GCMS notes which will show your status as of 30-day back.

IN PROCESS from last 45 days , NO Correspondence Since we submitted Application , I've sent Additional documents on 18 Sep Voluntarily but no Acknowledgement for documents, My Medical will be expiring on 4 Dec 2015 NO RE-Medical request, I also have not got my Original back... I wanna be with my family on Christmas times .. I do not know what's happening with my file , Day by day i m feeling that i m stuck in the hook of interview , I'm having seconds thoughts

If you think that you are stuck in the interview queue there is nothing you can do now. You know more than everybody how you prepared your file. You need to relax. We went through the same thing in the past, for your information after your 4 years in Canada you need to apply for citizenship which is almost same process as PR application. I will recommend to you patience. Good things come to those who know how to wait.
