Got the nomination finally after so long. Here’s my timeline
OINP Job offer foreign worker (JOFW) Stream
EOI: December 14, 2022
ITA: January 21, 2023
APPLICATION SUBMITTED: 24 January, 2023
ASSESMENT: 12 May, 2023
ADR: July 17, 2023
DIP: 1 Jun, 2023
ADR: 22 Jun, 2023
Intent to refuse: January 18, 2024
NOMINATION: Feb 5, 2024

1. Noi - 7 sept 2023
2. Submitted : 17 Oct 2023
3. Assessment: 27 Dec 2023
4.DIP: 6 Feb 2024/ ADR - 6 Feb 2024, submitted 13 Feb 2024 ( for updated POF)
5. still waiting
My husband has applied. We decided that he would go first then i would go afterwards due to insufficient funds. However oinp contacted him & asked him for recent/updated POF for 2 not for 1, even if I am not going to Canada with my husband. We have submitted the bank statement & gift deed.
I don't know if they will accept it. Am stressed.

Yes, you can apply all of the OINP streams that you are applicable. It will depend on you in which stream you will apply if you get an ITA.
There's no such thing as "average waiting time" after DIP. It varies wildly from case to case. I've seen people receiving Nominations after being in DIP for 2 days while I, for example, have been in DIP for almost 2 months. Expecting a final decision based on the processing time for your stream is a better bet.
