A coworker got ITA this week for the OINP Foreign Worker: Job Offer stream. Her PGWP is expiring in June of this year. At what point of the process can she apply for a BOWP? What happens if her PGWP expires before getting nomination?

Edit: I did some research and the answer to my first question. She can't apply with the nomination alone, she would need AOR for PR application.

So my questions are:

1. If she gets nominated before her PGWP expires, can she then stop working and apply for PR even if she's not working anymore?
2. If she doesn't get nomination before her PGWP expires, will she have to withdraw her OINP application?
