OINP Sept 21st Application yet not confirmed receipt from OINP

Dear all members,

I applied for the OINP Masters no job offer pilot program on the 21st September. Fedex shows they received on 22nd Sept. Till now no confirmation from the OINP.

1. Can somebody share with me how much time does it take for them to acknowledge receipt of my application or somebody who has got an acknowledgement receipt who applied near those days.

2. While computing the 90 days timeline for the PNP is it the day from when they acknowledge receipt of application or the day they received it as per FEDEX.

Not sure about the Masters program, but FYI, for the Express Entry program, OINP is taking 60-70 days to acknowledge. So I think a long wait might be normal at this point.

And it's 90 days from when they acknowledge your application, which is explained in the acknowledgment email, conflicted by the OINP website that claims it's date of receipt.

Hey, I hope that you have received your letter by now, I sent my application for the masters program on September 29th and I'm still waiting for mine.
One thing I wanna confirm since I saw you sent it via courier just like I did, I sent it to 400 University avenue, but courier delivered it to MAIL
ROOM of MIN OF GOVERNMENT SERVICES 77 WELLESLEY M7A1N3, they are telling me that all government mail goes there and is then distributed, did this happened to you too?

Mine got delivered to the designated place. I sent from FEDEX to be safe. I dont believe in Canada post too much. Still havent got any confirmation. Has anybody got a confirmation here who sent application ? THey have my 1500$ draft. I know no one else can withdraw it but they still need to acknowledge so that I can start counting my 90 days.

I'm still waiting, now I'm concerned that purolator delivered mine at the wrong address, what the heck am I gonna do. I might just cancel the draft and resend the application. What you guys suggest?

I2 I have not received any communication from them. Their timeframe to wait for 2 - 3 week has also expired and I have asked for an update from them. Did you or any one here have got PNP acknowledgement who applied on 21st Sept or later. Please inform.

I applied on the 16th of Oct, I reached the 10th posts so I was able to update my signature with the date I applied.

Hi,

I delivered my package on the 22nd of Oct personally but they did not give me any receipt and unlike you guys I don't have any proof that I submitted my application to the office. I'm a little paranoid since I have nothing to show for it and going by what you guys have posted online, they are taking their own sweet time for people who have applied under the Masters Program without a job. I know my friends who had applied recently and received their PNP nomination in 20-30 days; but they weren't under our category.

Hopefully, things pick up pace now n have the file no communicated to us at least. Can you guys please keep me posted if you do get the file no, so that I know when to expect my file no.

Hi

I spoke to OINP, they said usually it takes 3 weeks to receive the letter of acknowledgement. However, because of high volume of applicants it may takes 6 to 8 weeks to receive it.

Since the PNP guys don't work in Dec and Jan. Chances are pretty slim that they would issue any nomination certificate even if we get an acknowledgement now. What do you guys think. I am checking the OINP site daily and it does not show any update of the quota being reached.
