I received my nomination on the 23rd of December. Perfect timing for a good christmas gift from OINP.

Pls whats the way forward.

The medical and PCC should be for me and my wife right? Will my 19month old son require any of these?

complete your post ITA form, it will give you a personalised checklist of what all documents are required from your end...
medical is compulsory for everyone inclding the child, however for kids test is very basic.

@bootsal, please check @Shashar post on page 466 of (OINP/ Ontario PNP sent in Jan 2016, Lets connect Here). I suggest you take action as per same lines.

All the best.

Hi, have you applied through a consultant, if yes check with him and make sure he hasn't missed your ADR. It happened to me.

Otherwise, call OINP and try to make sure that you weren't sent an ADR. And wait on further news

Good luck

Thank you so much, I am aware about proactively sending documents, however my agent is giving me tough time asking me to wait for a few days more. I hired them for a reason as we have a complication in my case. I feel stucked

Thanks, they have not missed the ADR, I am almost daily checking with them. Also i spoke to someone at OINP few days back and he said my file is still with an Analyst, he wasnt ready or had more details to share. And reaching them on phone is itself a task. I am planning to send a fax tonite, hope it helps

I emailed and spoke to my consultant many a times, but they kept on saying that they hadn't received any update from OINP until on 23rd Dec 2016, I received a surprise email from them that OINP had asked for ADR on 7th Dec 2016.

The best first thing to do is to get hold of OINP and ask them about your case status.

Next thing to do is to call your consultant and pretend that you spoke to OINP and that they have sent an ADR to you. Lets see your consultant's response after that.

If you are thinking of sending documents by yourself, then let me advise you to send atleast the following documents:

1. Your current job offer letter
2. Your pay stubs from Jan 1, 2014 to Jan 1, 2015 (this particular period since they want to check if your current work experience is 3 years or more)
3. Your bank statement from Jan 1, 2014 to Jan 1, 2015
4. Six months of recent bank statements

These are the 'must to' send documents if your current work experience is 3 or more years.

Good luck!

@alidaas, thank u so much for your advise. I had asked my agent to share details and they shared the recent email account screens to show they received nothing. Also I am particularly worried as the person at OINP said the file is with Analyst.
My concern is why is my file lying unattended if at all thats the case. Plus they share no more details. How to know the correct status.

How I wish to see a miracle on my file status.

I give special glory to God for this special gift of nomination as we remembered the birth of His son and our saviour Jesus Christ.
It was a gift well received

Thanks for your response. i have not received my ITA yet.
Will my dependents do the PCC?

Hi TheStunner316, may I ask what is completing the post ITA form? Is it a step after accepting the ITA? Many thanks.

i think its best to convince your consultant and send the docs proactively. it worked for me.
