Thank you so much, I am aware about proactively sending documents, however my agent is giving me tough time asking me to wait for a few days more. I hired them for a reason as we have a complication in my case. I feel stucked
I emailed and spoke to my consultant many a times, but they kept on saying that they hadn't received any update from OINP until on 23rd Dec 2016, I received a surprise email from them that OINP had asked for ADR on 7th Dec 2016.
The best first thing to do is to get hold of OINP and ask them about your case status.
Next thing to do is to call your consultant and pretend that you spoke to OINP and that they have sent an ADR to you. Lets see your consultant's response after that.
If you are thinking of sending documents by yourself, then let me advise you to send atleast the following documents:
1. Your current job offer letter
2. Your pay stubs from Jan 1, 2014 to Jan 1, 2015 (this particular period since they want to check if your current work experience is 3 years or more)
3. Your bank statement from Jan 1, 2014 to Jan 1, 2015
4. Six months of recent bank statements
These are the 'must to' send documents if your current work experience is 3 or more years.
Good luck!
