Hello Friends,

Is it possible that Feb applicant will receive a nomination before Jan applicant ? My profile is expiring on December,2016. So Should I need to recreate it now or wait till end?

Thank you.

Processing of Nov. and Dec. applications is going on in parallel so there are few Nov. applicants that are yet to be nominated while some Dec. applicants have already received their nominations. So possibility wise, yes it's possible.

Well, OINP/IRCC advice to recreate the EE profile near to or on expiry day.

December is still too far. What if you receive nomination/ITA before that ?. If that happens, recreation might not be required !!. I know it sounds too good to be true, but you never know.

Be optimistic and hope for the best.

@DigitalDestiny: Thanks buddy...it gives me hope ;D

STOP asking before reading at least the last POST above you!

YES, WHEN YOU PROFILE EXPIRES/ or VERY CLOSE TO THE 1 YEAR OLD MARK, YOU CAN CREATE A NEW PROFILE, AND THEN INFORM OINP ABOUT YOUR NEW EE PROFILE, AFTER THAT, WRITE A BRIEF LETTER TO EXPLAIN WHY DID THE OLD ONE EXPIRE.

The entire process is very straightforward, and I have done exactly that before

Days or AOR date means nothing to them .... they might be making batches on the basis of file#. Something like File# 2000-2250 assigned to Team1, 2251-2500 assigned to Team2

This is plausible.

Also, since some of our Jan applicants have stated their AOR file numbers, I guess we could deduce if this is true or not :P

P.S. My file is 16033XX

@cococly: Okay buddy I apologise for that. but i don't see a point getting angry/frustrated here. Its human tendency to forget/misunderstood things....So chill :)

;D :) I guess I just wanted to encourage fellow forum members to read some of the recent posts before posting the same thing so often :)

Thanks prashantduggal. I not working since last year. Is it make any impact on my application as I am not working? More, I have already submitted previous employer all details.

I got rejection from Nova Scotia last year. I have attached that letter too. I am in worry, should this circumstances make any difference in my application?

As tfreirl said I have same opinion and same is written in application guide too.

Same question - what was the reason of your rejection fron Nova Scotia?

According to me and pattern I see, Jan month applicants will be divided into 15-15 days batch or 7-7-7-7 days batch and officers will be assigned.
In December and November group 7-7-7-7 days batch pattern is being followed so far. And we people are thinking nominations are given randomnly which is true as well but it is a pattern too.

Lets see...

15-Jan applcant...
Guess I should feel lucky if it's 7-7-7-7. Unlucky if 15-15. :P

It was because of my representative mistake. He calculated the points in wrong way. For my Ontario education and work experience, he counted point under adaptability section so I got rejection bcoz without it I was short of 5. Nothing else.

Problem of those who already tried with other provinces is how you want to persuade ontario about genuine interest. And that is regardless why were you rejected by other province.
Anyway if somebody who was nominated by ontario after being rejected by other province can comment that would be superb

So, I got my additional document request today.

All payslips back to 2005
All tax documents to 2005
All bank statements to 2005 showing highlighted payment corresponding to salary

Plus the expected CES check and current proof of funds.

But seriously- 11 years?? All scanned into one PDF?

I have all the pay slips and tax documents. They are in storage in the UK. I am in Canada as a visitor with my family as my uncle is really very sick. Had they asked for them within 6 months of receiving my application, I could have provided them at the drop of a hat.

Bank statements- I changed bank 3 years ago after my divorce and have been paperless for many many years, so there is no way I can give them more than 3 years' worth of statements.

Very stressed- who didn't they ask for all of these documents in the first place?

@TicTocCroc
2005??? That's insane. No bank can give statements back that far.
It's seems really odd that they'd need that. Was anything missing in your application? Did you send any payslips with application?
Is there any possibility it's a typo and should have been back to 2015? Might be worth calling OINP to verify.

Nope, nothing missing from my application, and I sent 6 months of payslips with the pack.

I spoke to them - apparently this is a 'standard email' and they are going to call me again in the morning to clarify.
