I called them at 416 327 0374 around 1.30 pm EST time. I had to call three four time becoz it was going to some mail box. Some operator picked it up after few attempts.

No , you are not.

only the major part of Oct applicants are under 2015 quota

Nov and Dec are under 2016 quota
It can be clearly seen in my file number which is 16011xx
Some Oct applicants have got file numbers like 150XXXX

Update from my side:

OINP officer called me on Monday (06/20). Because my current position is IC Test Engineer, he asked me a bunch questions regarding PEO, and if I do design or not. Then he asked me what I am going to do when my current WP expires (I replied apply for BOWP).

I then received an email saying my case is transferred to a senior officer for a decision.

Thank you. My WP expires next Monday. I mailed out BOWP today to buy some time.

I hope people will get nomination before their work permit expired otherwise they will become ineligible for OINP...!! After getting OiNP you cant apply for a BOWP, Even not after getting e-APR AOR, you must have passed R10 in order to get BoWP...!!

I am tired of calling them, no one ever picks up the phone.

Its been over 5 months, not even got AOR.

Anyone has any idea, how much max time they can take for processing our application?

First half of the day they aren't picking calls. In second half, they pick after trying 3-4 times.

All January applicants (except CEC Inland with expiring work permit) are waiting for AOR. OINP has already reviewed all January applicants but due to huge workload they are taking time to issue AOR. Drop an email to OINP and ask about your application status. Be patient, you will get yours soon.
