I am new to the forum, I have read all 51 pages of this thread and I would like to wish good luck to all of you. This is definitely a long long process.

Here are my details:
EE Profile created: August 15th 2015
Letter of Interest received: Dec 23rd 2015
Application submitted: January 27th, 2016
(the package was delivered by my relative who lives in Ontario)
My stream is FSW

I just thought of something: If my EE Profile expires (August) and my OINP application is "being processed", does that mean I have to say goodbye to my application and delete the EE profile hoping to receive new Letter of Interest? Or do I get some time "extra" if I receive AOR??

If your EE profile expires after AOR, you simply create a new EE profile and email OINP with your File number (that you get with AOR), new EE profile# , job bank validation code, acknowledgement mail that you receive on your new myCIC and a letter of explanation specifying why you created a new EE profile.

OINP will then attach you File number to your new EE profile.

Remember once you receive your AOR - Never delete your EE profile. If it expires, simply create a new one and follow the above process.

Hi Guys,

A very basic question, once we receive AOR what other documents do we need to keep ready with us to get to the next stage of the process, and for jan applicant can we expect our entire process with PR stamping getting over by Nov - Dec this year... i know its speculation but we all needs to plan ahead and keep our selves positive...

For January applicants, most probably they will ask for latest proof of funds, latest salary slips, new employment reference letter (for current employer only).

As OINP has mentioned that they will be allocated with new quota by November 2016, so we all can hope for nominations by then.

Thank you DigitalDestiny for your detailed explanation, especially for the heads up regarding deleting EE profile, I would have probably deleted my profile before creating a new one!
This is good news, at least I don't have to start all over again, if I get AOR by August of course

That's true, many people who filed their applications in November are still waiting for nominations.

Half of December applicants are waiting for AOR

Being a January applicant, I am expecting my AOR by mid of July or so. If not then I am ready for new DD
