If that is the case, IMO it entirely depends on the reference letter with your roles and responsibilities your company provides to you.vidhu88 said:Thanks for your reply CanadaWeCome!
The NOC codes changes in my case, Methods and procedures analyst falls in NOC code 1122 and "Methods and procedures manager" falls in the category of 0125.
Now, the problem is that if I show them separately in CIC express entry profile, then my CRS drops from 408 to 396. Right now, I have combined this experience and shown it in one category of 0125 with skill level "0" beacuse of which my CRS is 408.
Kindly suggest as I am in a fix!

Having said that, if you can manage to get a letter from your HR/Managers stating all your roles and responsibilities into one group that matches mostly with one of the NOCs that you want to quote, then you can show it as one experience in your EE profile and retain your score of 408, but if the company says it will have to split your roles and responsibilities into two based on your role as manager and analyst, then alas you will be at a loss of 12 points bringing you down to 396.
But if you are already promoted as a manager and performing these roles for quite some time now, i am sure you won't have difficulty convincing them to provide you with just one letter to keep things simple and easy with mostly the current roles and a mention of few past roles as analyst as well, so that the overall letter looks like one single NOC of longer experience.
All the best!
Note: On second thoughts i don't think Methods and procedures analyst falls in NOC code 1122, since 1122 is purely for Quality/auditors/ISO9000 related professionals. There is nothing common between NOC 1122 as analyst and NOC 0125 as Manager. IMO your role as analyst must have a different code. Please do more research to find the exact code or it's better to write to NC-NOC-CNP-GD@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca for the exact match for both.
