Congrats to him but no surprise there. CEC applicant. The real surprise is when FSW applicants get nomination!

Seems, CEC's are on priority. Fine, there are many CEC applicants..Once OINP completes NoM's for them, they may start FSW.

I wish and pray OINP follows the FIFO!!!

My name is Raja. I got AOR on last year Decmber 2015.Then they asked me to send addition documents for POF .I send POF documents very lately than their normal period 30 days.Even though I spend 4 years in Canada with my family and 2 kids.. Till now i am not getting any "postive" response and got always below 3 mails randomly

1. File has been reviewd by Investigator Analyst
2.File has not been finalysed
3.File is being reviewed by Senior processing officer

I've received the second email "file has not been finalised" twice...Without being asked for extra documents....

I already mentioned this somewhere a few days back, didn't I? Even after all AOR s are done, the remaining CEC applicants would be given priority. This delay has wrecked the peace of so many people! I hope that Oct/Nov applicants will start getting nominated sometime in Sep. Who knows what these guys are upto!!!

That's a very good sign. This means that your file is in the last stage of processing; probably with a senior processing officer. Good luck and all the very best for speedy nomination!

My application is in the FINAL DECISION PHASE since May 18 :-X
