With the ongoing rate, looks like they process a day of application in nov per week i hope this is not the case as mine aas received nov 18. It means it coulc be processed after 10 weeks before aor.

No update on Nov 10 applicants and yes, you need to order a copy to be directly sent to OINP per Jan 11 update. You can do this after you get your AOR and send them the receipt as proof of ordering a ECA copy to be sent to them directly.

A thought that has been worrying me: in case one's application is incomplete, how long does OINP usually take to send the package back? Have they returned it after 3 months of waiting? :-X

The horror of getting your application returned after waiting an agonizing 3+ months. Somebody gonna get hurt read bad!

Hopefully, that doesn't happen to anyone but unfortunately, yes, it is possible to get the application returned (if, of course, the application package is incomplete).

Submitted my application in November but still waiting for word, wondering if the processing times are a little different depending on the stream...

This was their reply back in December when i had queried them about OINP intakes, "As of November 16, 2015 OINP will not be accepting new applications under the Master's Graduate Stream; PhD Graduate Stream; International Student with a Job Offer Stream and the Foreign Worker Stream as our nomination targets of 2,500 applications have been met for 2015. These streams are expected to re-open as of January, 2016."

my baby was born on november 12, 2015. His all documents received at OINP on February 08, 2016. Should i expect to hear something soon?
