Yes, seems they have completed the application review and need PCC & finger prints for proceeding further. Receiving additional doc request is always a positive sign that your app is moving forward.

Even I had received this same message a few days after linking my PR application to my online account. When I checked, I can see the status updated. You need to scroll down a bit and read the table containing your app information for any updates. Most likely, it might not be a glitch imo.

Congrats! As per the Landing Officer during our interview, he said it takes 8-10 weeks for the PR card from the day of landing and will be delivered by mail.
