All applications are processed in Ottawa before being sent to Local VO for further processing. different stages can be checked at different VO's. Some applications have A11.2, R10 processed at Ottawa and some are sent to Local VO for either R10, or A11.2 or both.

Forward the confirmation email from ATIP to the ID they mention for support within that email itself. They should revert with your GCMS notes in a day or two.

SINP has a process defined for extensions & amendments, however I have known OINP cases where applicants were able to transfer the nomination (while Nomination was still valid) to another EE profile due to rejections for different reasons. Not sure about extension though, never heard of it.

Not required, nomination can expire post eAPR submission. I got this done to ensure in case of rejection (god forbid) I will still have a valid nomination to reapply. I was 3 months into the PR journey when my nomination expired. Applied late due to some reasons.
