Hi All,

Few hours after submitting 3rd additional document and receiving 3rd clarification call, I got an email that says my application has moved to the decision phase.

I Hope decision will be positive and soon.

I am FSW outland as I've previously replied to you on this before.

I think I got 3 additional document request on proof of work experience. it must be that the officer had doubts about the nature of my work and needed more documentation to clear her doubts. From the calls, I suspected she didn't think I would be paid during university holidays as a lecturer, as the call was like a job interview. So she wants paystubs for the entire working period, bank statement of salary deposits and updated POF. All these happen within the last 10 days.

My take is that it is probably good if you don't receive additional document request or clarification call. Receiving it slow down your processing. Couple of guys have received nomination without any additional document request or call.

Thanks for updating us. Well, most of early November applicants have already received additional document requests. Now, late November applicants are getting verification calls and additional document requests.

I believe they will prioritize CEC nominations first. Once they are done with all CEC nominations, they might start sending out nominations to the remainder of the October applicants and start with the November applicants.

but it is surely not good to get 3 calls one after the other, and than trying to prove our work experience is not okay or the duties are not at par with NOC. They are very liberal to CEC applicants not asking any Doc request. They are being more strict to FSW applicants. Tough days ahead.

I think it is quite possible that most of us would receive these calls. Again, this would depend on the complexity of the application : NOC, Job Roles & Responsibilities, how convincing your letter of intent is, etc.
