Guys,
I need help regarding two things:
1. I've been asked to provide 6 months of banking transaction as proof for funds. During submission of all the docs, I sent a copy of my FD which was about to mature at that time and declaration from bank about this FD account with its equivalent Currency.
Now when they have asked for 6 months account proof, shall i submit the same docs again since FD has renewed in between and i got the Bank to issue another declaration on their letter head about the principal amount and its CAD equivalent.

2. I've got a new IELTS result and i am yet to update my CIC profile. Any tips or any caveats i need to be diligent of?

3. Since OINP has asked me for additional docs for IELTS, what shall I be giving them?

before updating EE profile just check your profile should match new rules otherwise it will become ineligible.

Maybe after a week. I hope I don't get addl doc especially bank statements since it would be really difficult for me with the chaos here

Seriously thinking about the same!

No ways banks will entertain our request.

you must get a bank statement after the date of you additional doc req and also the copy of FD. ( with CAD equi)

You must update your new IELTS results in EE profile first and then send them new IELTS copy

We've had 4 more in DEC since my last update! Thanks to Raj, Bestofluck, Sbrs2010, OINP FEB 2016 and again Bestofluck for updating the tables!

There has been various additional docs requests in these last few days, although that's not captured within the tables (I think only one or two has this info) - with regards to these additional docs requests they seem to be jumping randomly from Jan to Mar applicants, some have said that it's not random but it seems IT NOCs (217X) have been given priority, but I've not been following that closely to say.

What I'd like to urge you readers, if you have made sufficient posts to become a full member (I think it's 10) and you don't mind sharing your info, then please update your profile with relevant information: NOC code, Category FSW-inland/outland or CEC, date your app was received by OINP, date you received your AOR, date of your additional docs request... This makes it easier for people to maintain the lists and means less posts asking for this information, which clutter the thread.

g126 Great!!! compilation.

1. Now the biggest uncertainty, mystery hovering on AoR applicants mind; Is OINP going to issue the remaining 380 + NoMs before the year end. :'(
2. Recent past NoM stats reflect that approximately 400 NoMs are impossible to issue with the daily, weekly NoMs pace as few working days remain.
3. The year end holidays? Mostly, I read OINP does not work in Dec/Jan.

NOV - 60/76 16
DEC - 81/121 40
JAN - 29/175 146

Good analysis. They really need to issue some statement about their timelines. I think they work Dec and Jan but probably not at the same speed during the holiday season. They have issued all AORs and haven't started issuing new PTs yet. So they have nothing else to do but concentrate on nominations. But looking at the uncertainty no one can predict anything. This process has been so stressful :-\

@MZASAM good question... I don't think they issue all remaining NoMs before the end of the year but I think we'll seem most of them issued (around 80 to 90%)... unfortunately I think we're likely to see a small percentage of PFLs in all threads, I think that's just natural and inherent to the process just like we're seeing in the Nov thread...

I received doc request too on Nov 8.

Explanation for all bank credits above CAD500 and one sizeable amount credit in Feb.

My timeline below:

Fsw Outland
First app sent: 25 Nov (missing passport pages)
Second App sent: 18 Apr
AOR: 26 Aug
Add doc: 8 Nov

Hi All,

I just got an email to submit my pay stubs and a/c statements.
The worrying part is IELTS though, they say-

The IELTS, CELPIP, or TEF tests need to be taken within 24 months of application submission to ensure the results are valid at the time of permanent residence processing. Your test results are dated December 13, 2014.

OINP recommends you take your official language tests within one year of submitting your application to OINP to ensure that your results are valid when you submit your application for permanent residency to IRCC.

If your results expire before you apply for permanent residency, you will need to retake the test.

My score expires Dec 13 and these docs are asked for in 15 days.. what do I tell them for IELTS? I am taking my exam next week but still results wont be ready in 15 days, Im scared.... :-[ :-[ :-[

Hi Hopeless_despo. I think there is nothing to worry about. OINP is just reminding you to ensure your IELTS scorrs are valid and up-to-date so that when you apply for PR by December onwards, you would not have any problem. You may inform them via a letter of explanation that you will get the results this month and you will update your profile accordingly. Your nomination is almost there!
