Not necessarily. I had shown funds as FD and when I received additional document request, they asked the generic "6 months bank statement". I submitted a bank letter and FD receipts alone (and mentioned in LOE that I have funds in the form of FD so I am providing these documents).

Thanks a lot!!! sigh of relief!!!

Hi folks,

Am a March 2916 (FSW O) applicant - recieved add doc request overnight.

A question for folks who were asked for ALL paystubs since 2011 (5 or similar number of years)...

what should we do if we're missing a couple of pay stubs (the entries are there in the annual statements , Form 16s, and bank statements... just the stubs are missing) --- do you submit whatever you have, mention it in the LOE that x and y month pay stubs are missing... or case the respective ex-employers for the duplicates of one pay stub each?

anyone who has been nominated - face a similar situation?

Thanks,

jasonspeaks: No choice than to satisfy OINP with all the pay stubs you have, and a LoE for the few missing pay stubs.

Who will maintain pay stubs from 2011 !!!

Hello Jason,
Is there anything specific to your job that made them ask for so many months of paystubs? I've seen some people who get paid in cash, where they have asked for several months of paystubs. Is it your case too?

Thanks for sharing.
Regards,
Maleeksha

Thanks for the reverts.
@ maleeksha - i have a mix of employment and independent consulting (self employed) roles - but no cash receipts (all via cheques and supported with client engagement letters / employment offer letters and salary / income related documentation). They are probably just being detail oriented. Unfortunately of the 50+ months i have been 'employed' since 2011 years i'm missing the stubs for 2 months!

@mzasam - thanks, I'm trying to get the missing stubs from my ex employers - else will submit without + an LOE

I've yet to receive any document request or otherwise. I was super specific in my application down to the bank statements and letter of intent/ties to Ontario. Should I be worried? FSW from Singapore

I'm actually a Feb applicant and still waiting for doc request. So, I'd say you are still on the right track.

I honestly hope we don't need to submit anything more :) Praying far all of us here. I'm also hoping the new CRS point system would have some benefit to us. Personally, I'm hoping for extra points for having a sibling in Canada (Big bro just received his PR in July). Finger crossed!

realx. read the words. they say pay stubs and/or bank statements. if you have bank deposits and other docs confirming your salary then few missing pay stubs should not matter. Try getting them from office if you can ( i did it) or else just be frank to tell them some of them are missing.

I have been asked to submit the same, paystubs since August 2013!! Unfortunately our company's HR portal allows us to generate pay slips for last 3 years only. I have asked my HR manager for the pay slips since the beginning but I am not sure if I will be provided. May be I will have to do some serious explaining to OINP ;D

So guys... quite a good day yesterday, I believe we had 3 NoMs in the DEC thread alone! Here is how it stands (total NoMs/total AORs):

NOV - 60/76 - http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/oinp-application-sent-in-november-2015-t382152.0.html;msg5558332#msg5558332
DEC - 84/121 - http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/december-application-oinp-t395957.0.html;msg5577780#msg5577780
JAN - 29/175 - http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/oinp-ontario-pnp-sent-in-jan-2016-lets-connect-here-t393982.0.html;msg5565323#msg5565323
FEB - 11/127 - http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/oinp-applications-delivered-in-february-2016-lets-connect-here-t396585.0.html;msg5566786#msg5566786
MAR - 1/63 - http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/oinp-application-sent-in-march-2016-t407514.0.html;msg5501693#msg5501693

We also had one or two NoMs in January, but no updated table, so you may consider JAN's number to be 30+

Unfortunately no move in Nov and no more NoMs in Feb or Mar that I've seen.

Thanks to bestofluck for updating Dec's table.

A lot more additional documents request, for everyone (yes Jan to Mar, even some Dec folk too).

The worrying thing is that someone mentioned that were not able to email the add docs to the email provided as they were getting a Mailbox full error, hopefully OINP have sorted that out by now!

Good luck to all of us and I hope this is a good week for all!

It is also important to take note of a horrible number of PFLs issued to November (and a couple of October) applicants. These many PFLs were never handed out (apparently). Its almost like they were waiting to do this to the already unlucky and delayed November 2015 batch.

Raj, are you keeping track of the correct number of PFLs? I counted about three in the Nov thread these last weeks, but I've not been following too closely on that...

If the people who update the tables include PFL information I can mention that on my next update.

There are 6 applicants with PFLs on that list (1 October and the rest are November applicants).
