Any time there is additional review or another process added, it is non routine.

I called IRCC, they said additional review does not comes under non routine. Non routine applications are different with some criminality or any tracings.

Did you apply with perfect 1095 days or with less buffer?

Yes, I applied based on my previous application, which was abandoned because I missed oaths due to covid travel restrictions

You should see "ICES Requested" means the officer has requested the entry/exit detailed records from CBSA database to validate your physical presence.

Hi, I do not see this in Notes. but I see all Physical Absences added as I entered in the application form

Only note I see is:

"PS-RES /Referred by T2-TH on 2024-12-03
**Program Support Referral Required - UCI *****
5(1) ADULT GRANT - Non-Mennonite Applicant
.PS-RES: File to Program Support for additional review of Residence/Presence in Canada"

And I see another note: Physical Presence Waiver requested.


Do you think my application moved to non-routine or additional review id not non routine?

If it is non routine I may need to think of withdrawing the application.

Update: I got my LP completed after my interview. Only thing left is Prohibition ☹

that's very good, i'm sure it wont take long! personally i'm not sure if i'm waiting for an interview from vancouver like some people or just stuck in a backlog. but let's see.

Withdrawing won't help as new application will mostly also end up here too. Also you will lose your fees.

I agree, don't withdraw. if you know you have the physical presence, just wait and let things play out.

By non routine I meant that there will be extra time. The centre meant that there is 'an issue' like criminality.
Your timeline now depends on how fast the secondary officer picks up the application and conducts the review. Do you have a lot of entry and exits? Were you gone for a while prior to applying? Did you apply for waiver of physical presence? It's weird the notes say there is a waiver request....

Hey it was not in my tracker. Actually it was an email with detailed time and instructions. I guess the place that is hosting the e ceremony is sending out the email.
