Me and my wife (family application) both got an oath invitation, but my wife is in india so cant do the oath ceremony. So if i do the Oath ceremony will i get an e certificate in like 7 days as i am planning to go to india on april 20. Should i do the oath now or do it after i come back from india. Please suggest. March to April. You have lot of time to get passport and Visa.

Similar situation here- my LPP was marked as "Completed" in my tracker on 5 February, but my Oath Ceremony still shows as "Not Started". I applied from Montreal and mine was also transferred to Vancouver. When I call the IRCC all they say is I have to wait until I receive an email. Super frustrating when everyone else gets confirmation of oath ceremony no more than one or 2 days after LPP is completed - mine has been 2 weeks now already...

I am also in Montreal and LPP was completed February 15th but no update on the Oath, still says "Not Started". I get the frustration.

Is this mean my application considered as Non routine application or just additional review?

It means your application is non routine unfortunately. Based on the note, it requires additional review regarding your physical presence.
Any time there is additional review or another process added, it is non routine.

Did you apply with perfect 1095 days or with less buffer?

I applied with 1101 days and they completed all steps except Physical Presence. My Physical presence section was changed to Inprogress on Jan.14 when my test was updated as completed and again on Feb.7th they changed Physical Presence to "Inprogress" and everything else as completed. However, I have seen people with 1095 or days less than 1100 getting all 3 (LPP) updated at the same time. I think it is case by case basis they do some random checks etc. or if you have too many Entry/Exits they may perform additional checks. Not very sure about the criteria but unfortunately we have to wait without knowing what exactly they are doing.

Update: I got my LP completed after my interview. Only thing left is Prohibition
