have you received the email ? and whats the number to call IRCC about the email please ?No email yet. I was told I'll receive it soon when I spoke to an agent this morning. They won't give a timeline. I guess we have to wait for the golden email.

Different offices have different way of working. Next week you should get the email. No email yet for the oath ceremony. Last update was on February 6th in the Tracker with Oath scheduled for February 28th. The whole system is weird with some people receiving the email first followed by an update on the tracker versus some receiving both updates at the same time versus some just receiving the oath update in the tracker with no email.
I called IRCC call center they just keep saying wait for the email to be sent with no guidance on when email will be sent. The whole system seems overly complicated to me.
Why not just send the email at the same time as updating the tracker for the oath ceremony.
How many people are on the same boat as me where you are waiting for the oath ceremony email?
That would be the majority. Updating the tracker seems to trigger the email in most cases. Those who get the emails first seem to be the anomaly. I'm basing this on all the posts I've read these past few months. And this was my experience as well. I received the email after tracker was updated. Also, the note they have on the tracker implies the same thing. IRCC states to wait for the email as that is the formal correspondence even if the tracker is updated. No email yet for the oath ceremony. Do you know when the RCMP mailed them out?Fingerprints Submitted to 3rd Party to forward to RCMP: 15/01/2025 (15th January 2025)
I got the same! Oath is on 02/28 but didn't get any email. All the best everyone. No email yet for the oath ceremony.
