1106. I was going to do 5 days buffer, but I noticed in the ATIP response they had several days as the day after, since all times were in EST and I arrived in MST many times. It was the day before in Calgary, though it appeared as the day after in Toronto/Ottawa.

I don't know how the law is interpreted, since I don't think the law says everyone exists in Ontario time, but I didn't want to risk it. I reported my days as the day I actually arrived in MST, not the EST time from ATIP.

I assume that is very common.
I think they record the timezone and correct time/date, but I can't say for sure.

I wrote up what was in our CBSA atip response, the sheets they sent:

If it helps, but I can't say it will be same for all. In some respects our case perhaps easier (all entries/exits by air from same airport).

Just curious—if you already have a U.S. passport, why does the timing of your Canadian citizenship matter? For me and a lot of others, our passports are shit/3rd world countries, so we have to deal with annoying visa applications just to travel, let alone be considered for employment opportunities outside Canada.

I did, but it was similarly incomplete due to not using all document numbers. And it took like 6 months to get a response from CBP through Secure Release. We can't use the I-94 site as citizens.
Dang 6 months? I thought their SLA was 30 days.
I'm surprised it's incomplete. they should have all your entries regardless of whether you used nexus, passcard or passbooklet. Everything is tied back to the booklet. At least it is for me but I have global entry vs nexus.
I have no idea what the I-94 site is... is that for foreign travels into the US? Makes sense that we can't use it if it is.

For me you're 100% correct. I honestly haven't been stressed about the entire process. I've been a PR for over a decade and just decided to apply for citizenship vs having to keep renewing the PR card.

Anyone in the same situation with Physical Presence pending and all others completed? My understanding is generally all three LPP items get updated at the same time. Is anyone in this situation where Language and Prohibitions are done and Physical presence is still pending or completed separately?

Application filed: Oct 19, 2024
Physical Presence days: 1101
BG completed: Dec 24
Test Completed: Jan.14
LP completed: Feb 7
Physical Presence: Updated to Inprogress again on Feb.7, was originall updated to Inprogress back on Jan.14 when test was updated as completed.

Do I need to worry about anything since I saw that for all others all 3 LPP items got updated at once? Will there be a chance to be invited for an interview potentially?

Email can arrive up to 1 week before the oath date. Be patient. IRCC asks that you call them if you don't receive the email a week before your ceremony date.
I bet if you call them now, that's the answer you'll get
Did you got the email ? and if someone knows which number to call for asking about the email ?

thanks!
