unfortunately i'm still facing the issue with the citizenship tracker, not able to log in/get verification code after raising several webforms, calls to IRCC. the response is always generic, sending the link and saying fill a webform and send screenshots. I've tried all the suggested options in this forum. definitely very frustrating. But i think for some people with this issue, it just starts working one day or it works after something progressed on their application. Will keep trying.
not getting verification code. Also sometimes the message about putting in the right information and using form IMM5476 .When i called and spoke to ircc, they can see my application and i have sent them a document with all my details- name, address, emails etc. They also confirmed they have removed my old representative from my file. so at this point i have no idea what the problem is. crazy that this is a government website and so many people have this problem
Did you check the representative still getting the code? They can share it as it's needed only once.
i did reach out to the representative before but the codes never worked. it's just a really weird experience
Hey just FYI, I had this exact issue. My application was found but I wasn’t getting verification email. Turns out that the verification emails with the code were going to my old email address ( the one that I had used for my previous PR tracker account). Once I figured that out, I just input the verification ID that came to my old email and I was able to log in & view status. It appears that the PR tracker account and the citizenship tracker account are linked behind the scenes to your UCI. So it could generate to whichever one you associated first. Give that a try and see if it works.
Try clearing your browser's cache/cookies or use a different browser. There are two trackers, one for temporary residents and one for citizens. Make sure to use the citizenship tracker by going to https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-status.html then selecting Citizenship > Becoming citizenship grant > Adult > Yes > Yes and follow the instructions.
I wasn't able to create an account after 2 days of receiving AOR but after deleting my browser cookies and cache, I was able to create one on the same day.

i'm also AOR oct 23rd and can't access it. that's interesting. i looked in the september 2024 applicants and there was a specific date with the same issue-sept 16th. weird.
