Please can you confirm to me if the in process ecas can be checked using the following link?

If no, could anyone kindly provide the correct link to check the ecas? I filed for my citizenship application on October 7, 2024 and got my AOR on October 21, 2024. I was able to access my application via the citizenship application tracking tool on October 23, 2024 but however still cannot access my application using the CAS website whose link I’ve attached above. Additionally, I don’t see my citizenship application in my IRCC secure account (GC key account). Is it typical for citizenship applications not to appear on my GC Key account?

Does anyone have an idea of what might be happening please? Kindly let me know if I’m missing something please.

eCAS is only available for paper application. It does not work for online ones. You need to use the new tracker for it(https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/).
